About the role

  • As the Vice President of Product Management for CTV / Video, you will be at the helm of our OLV and OTT/CTV product efforts, defining our vision and strategy while ensuring impeccable execution.
  • This role provides an experienced product leader with a unique opportunity to spearhead products in the fastest-growing platform within our omnichannel portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • High-Performance Team Management: Build and lead a team of exceptional product managers dedicated to OLV and OTT/CTV products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, product marketing, business development, engineering, and operations teams. Your ability to work across functions will drive successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Market Launch and Industry Participation: Partner proactively with global sales and marketing teams to successfully launch products into the market. Actively participate in industry bodies, staying ahead of trends and shaping industry standards.

Requirements

  • Product Management Expertise: Bring at least 10 years of exceptional product management experience, with a strong background in programmatic advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of video and CTV advertising.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrate a track record of leading and inspiring product management teams.

Compensation

  • In accordance with applicable law, the below salary rang e provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role.
  • New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range.
  • In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
  • Total Compensation Range
  • $340,000 - $390,000 USD
