You belong at SEH SEH is currenting searching for a Civil Airports Engineer / Project Manager to join our talented Airports team!

Lead and oversee detailed design of airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, and utilities
Partner with clients, planners and engineers to define project scopes, develop task hour budgets, create schedules, prepare fee proposals, and lead federal and state grant application and management efforts
Stay at the forefront of industry excellence by mastering the latest airport design standards and innovative procedures
Create and foster an empowered team environment by embracing individual accountability and contributing collaboratively to shared success

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and technical acumen
Professional Engineer license in the state of Wisconsin, or ability to obtain within six months
Demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and WisDOT projects, applying deep expertise in construction standards and methodologies
Proven success managing airport design and construction projects and leading cross-functional teams from concept to completion

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $125,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience.
Due to current business and operational considerations, unable to hire employees residing in the following states at this time: AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, MA, RI, VT, and PR.
Candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in their application.
