  • Job Description: The Mental Health Therapist provides therapeutic services and care coordination using individual, group, and family approaches based on patient needs.
  • Associate-Level License (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LASAC) OR Independent-Level License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC).

Requirements

  • Level II - 2-5 years of applied experience at the licensure level Demonstrates increased independence in clinical decision-making and case management.
  • Level III - 5 or more years of applied experience at the licensure level Provides advanced clinical expertise on complex or high-acuity cases.

Nice to have

  • Independent licensure.
  • Specialized certifications (e.g., DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc).
  • Experience in integrated care, school-based services, substance use treatment, or early childhood.
  • Other Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass all pre- and ongoing employment screenings.
  • Maintain required training, licensure, certifications, and immunizations.
  • Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • BLS certification required.
