Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in psychology or related field
- Ability to interpret people analytics and data-driven insights to make informed, evidence-backed recommendations
Skills
- Focus on "sensing" to bring valuable insights to HR management and JFrog business units
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all HRIS updates
- Drive special projects as needed
- Experience leveraging modern HR technologies and AI is highly valued
Compensation
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package
- This position has a base salary range between $120,000 to $135,000.
