About the role

This role plays a key part in keeping the department organized and running smoothly by managing calendars, press materials, and administrative functions.
Assist in managing PR budgets and allocating quarterly budgets for brand integration opportunities.

Maintain and update various PR calendars (including master calendars, lifestyle calendars, performance calendars, philanthropic calendars, ambassadors and athlete calendars, etc.).
Ship and manage inventory of press samples.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media monitoring tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compile and distribute daily press recaps to the appropriate internal teams.
Assist with compiling media recaps, coverage reports, and other PR reporting as needed.

Organize daily media coverage across monitoring platforms and maintain press coverage logs and reporting databases.
Scan, clip, and archive print, digital, and broadcast press placements, including long-lead, short-lead, and online coverage.
