Role Profile: At Unispace, our approach to workplace strategy is rooted in our belief that space shapes outcomes.

Lead the development and delivery of workplace strategy across our Americas projects.
Form and lead pitch strategies and compelling storylines tailored to client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft project briefs, define workplace visions, and drive clarity around the 'why' behind each initiative.
Lead and facilitate client presentations and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients and partners, becoming a trusted thought leader.
Create strategic plans and opportunity proposals that align with client objectives and Unispace's unique value proposition.
Develop change management strategies and lead associated communication plans.
Produce thought leadership materials and go-to-market strategies to support business growth.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance positioning and messaging.
Proven experience in workplace strategy, preferably in the design, architecture, real estate, or consulting space.

$175,000 - $200,000 USD

Base Pay Range

Act as a strategic adviser to clients, helping them reimagine their workplace through data-driven insights, vision setting, and storytelling.
While we do support Hybrid and Flexible working where possible, there will be a requirement to travel to client-sites as well as to be in our New York Studio to collaborate with the team on a regular basis.
