About the role

  • Process Engineer Position Summary The Process Engineering team is responsible for the development, optimization, and stabilization of complex manufacturing processes across all phases of product development and production.
  • Engineers within this track contribute to yield, quality, and throughput improvements through hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and technical innovation.
  • The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to use engineering computer programs.
  • Knowledge of research and testing methods.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.
  • Knowledge of and process experience with adhesives, CMM measurements and/or test equipment.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
  • The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and pull/push; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors in Engineering or related field strongly preferred
