About the role

  • This role will be responsible for placing quarterly new product buys, managing inventory productivity, forecasting demand, analyzing weekly sales performance, and supporting financial reforecasts and annual budget planning.
  • The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Excel, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to turn selling trends into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend style, color, and size-level buy quantities to support demand and minimize excess inventory.
  • Forecast and manage Amazon FBA inventory, including replenishment needs, weeks of supply, inbound inventory, and stockout risk.
  • Build and maintain sales, margin, inventory, and receipt forecasts.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reforecasting based on actual results, business trends, marketing plans, and inventory availability.
  • Partner with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, and e-commerce teams to align plans and execution.

  • Dana-co, a leading company specializing in luxury intimate apparel, is seeking a highly analytical DTC Planning Manager to support new product buying, inventory planning, Amazon FBA management, weekly selling analysis, financial forecasting, and budget planning across our direct-to-consumer businesses.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, financial planning, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to manage large data sets and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • DTC, e-commerce, Amazon, apparel, intimate apparel, retail, or consumer products experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA inventory planning, Shopify, ERP systems, BI tools, or planning tools is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation

  • $80,000-100,000 per year
  • This role will be responsible for placing quarterly new product buys, managing inventory productivity, forecasting demand, analyzing weekly sales performance, and supporting financial reforecasts and annual budget planning.
  • Assist in annual budget planning and financial modeling.
