About the role
- At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), every role matters-and our Hospital Care Assistants are no exception.
- They help keep our hospital clean, organized, and ready for every emergency that comes through our doors.
- Currently, EVCC Saginaw is open from Friday at 7PM through Monday at 830AM including all holidays that occur during this timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Perform animal restraint
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces, including the lobby and outdoor areas
- Support the veterinary team wherever needed
Requirements
- No previous veterinary experience is required.

Founded by 36 local general practice veterinarians (many of whom are still actively involved today), EVCC was built to support the veterinary community by providing trusted emergency-only care when primary care veterinarians are closed.

Our #1 goal is to expand these hours to provide quality care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring your pet always has access to lifesaving treatment- weekend or not.
