About the role
- SP has executed 100 securitization vehicles representing more than $55 billion in notional value.
- SP has an outstanding track record of top tier execution and innovation in the debt capital markets.
- The team interfaces with external banks and investors, while staying closely aligned with front, middle and back-office functions to ensure delivery of timely and efficient debt solutions for the Firm's various strategies.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will support the Bank Lines Team by contributing across deal execution, structuring, analytics and relationship management.
- Supporting KYC workflows, document distribution and fee coordination
- Modeling comparative structures, advance rates, portfolio sensitivities and discount factor impacts to support negotiations and decision‑making
- Collaborating with Treasury, Product Solutions, Legal and Operations Teams to coordinate data, align structuring mechanics, ensure operational feasibility and support stakeholder communication
- Coordinating with internal groups to support pricing, closing, documentation review and ongoing maintenance of facilities

- In addition, SP manages more than $10 billion of bespoke, negotiated debt commitments across a variety of loan-to-SPV secured bank lines and nearly $2 billion in capital call line commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Applied Math or related field with strong academic performance
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance, leveraged credit, investment banking or other analytical credit‑focused roles
- ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- comfort with large datasets and system‑based analysis
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis and structured problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized and effective at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with large datasets and system‑based analysis

Compensation
- It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $165,000 to $175,000 for an Associate and $135,000 to $165,000 for an Analyst.
