Responsibilities
- include but are not limited to: Own and prioritize the development backlog for a shared web application platform supporting multiple operating units.
- Partner with Systems Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory to translate business and system needs into executable software plans.
- Lead backlog refinement, release planning, and roadmap planning with engineering leadership.
- Support Agile software development while ensuring appropriate quality and regulatory practices.
- Own and prioritize the development backlog for a shared web application platform supporting multiple operating units.

- Our Neuromodulation operating unit delivers advanced therapies for chronic pain, movement disorders, and nervous system conditions, offering SCS, DBS, and targeted drug delivery.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand software architecture, technical tradeoffs, and development processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile planning tools.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated software development and quality systems.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
