Develop and execute Cymulate's North America channel and partner strategy to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing ecosystem of VARs, MSSPs, distributors, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region.
Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize partner effectiveness and revenue contribution.
Lead executive-level relationships with key partners and serve as Cymulate's primary channel advocate.
Develop partner business plans, joint go-to-market strategies, and quarterly growth initiatives.
Build scalable channel programs, processes, and partner enablement frameworks.
Establish a culture of accountability, execution, and partner success across the channel organization.
Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems across North America.

10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or related leadership roles within Enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.

Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.

Experience working with global enterprise customers and complex sales cycles is a significant advantage.
