About the role

The Role: We're seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Manager, Open‑Source Lead Discovery to lead our Quality Assurance team and scale a disciplined, high-impact pipeline engine. You will own the QA function end-to-end, ensuring that open‑source‑based leads are accurate, enriched, and sales-ready, while coaching and developing your team to consistently
deliver high-quality outputs. You'll work closely with Sales, SDR leadership, and partner stakeholders to ensure that validated leads translate into measurable pipeline growth.

4-7 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, QA, or related roles
2-4+ years of direct people management experience
Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and leadership

Experience with open-source ecosystems or developer-focused products
Background in compliance, QA, or research validation workflows

The top end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and a profile that strongly aligns with the senior expectations of this role.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, and the range listed reflects total compensation or on target earnings.
