About the role

S&B USA Concessions is a leader in the development, investment, construction, operation and financing of large scale infrastructure P3 projects globally.
The salary range is commensurate with experience.

Managing and coordinating the review and negotiation of investment related documentation such as concession agreements, design and construction contracts, financing documents, and shareholder agreements.
Liaising with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors in connection with active and future business opportunities.
Familiarity with all customary industry agreements (e.g., project agreements, construction agreements and credit support documentation)

The role requires strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
Ten (10) or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, public procurement, and public and/or private finance matters.
Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
Demonstrating exceptional drafting, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills and the ability to successfully interact with clients and colleagues
Experience supporting, and administering corporate documentation and risk policies
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

This is a full-time position to be located in Pittsburgh, PA, or Washington DC. The salary range is commensurate with experience.
