- Job Description The Senior Project Manager at PROCON LLC is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and management of all project resources, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards in a collaborative environment.
- Communicate job expectations, enforce policies and procedures, and manage project tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues, adding value to the project and ensuring client satisfaction.
- This experience and industry expertise allow PROCON to build on lasting client relationships and complete hundreds of millions of dollars in design and construction volume annually, on time and on budget.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering $10M-$25M projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management supervision, tracking job costs, planning, and performance management.
- Experience in multi-family residential is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to construction sites throughout New England.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality or senior living housing preferred.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
