Responsibilities

The AI IC Mission Engineer (Mid), develops and implements AI/ML solutions tailored to Intelligence Community mission requirements, working closely with analysts and operators to translate operational needs into technical capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph required
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data science languages
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and the expertise each team member brings to the table.
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
Understanding of IC mission domains and operational environments

This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and is not eligible for overtime pay. Compensation for this position is provided on a salaried basis and is not subject to reduction based on hours worked.
