About the role
- · 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years of PM/BA experience particularly within the investment banking/ capital markets industry.
- 7+ years of experience in project management and software development and/or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management and software development and/or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master - where Scrum principles, practices and theory were diligently applied
- Proven leadership and experience leading large scale, high visibility projects is mandatory
- Experience working in the Financial Industry in Regulatory programs and/or strategic initiatives such as BASEL II, CCAR, Dodd Frank etc.
- Experience delivering medium to large scale Technology initiatives using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall / SDLC, Agile, etc)
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
