About the role

  • Convert the financial sales outlook, backlog, and customer demand into a rolling buildable plan by product family or value stream.
  • Improve planning standards, master data, analytics, metrics, and visibility to strengthen plan stability and execution readiness.
  • Financial sales plan aligned to one operational plan

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional readiness across Operations, Materials, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and outside processing to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
  • Own the plant SIOP cadence, including demand review, supply and capacity review, gap resolution, and leadership decision support.
  • Maintain scenario plans for demand upside, downside, mix changes, supply interruptions, and capacity limitations.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile operational capability with the financial outlook and quantify impacts to revenue, margin, inventory, and working capital.
  • Drive clear cross-functional commitments with owners and due dates; escalate decisions and unresolved gaps through plant leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, materials, demand planning, capacity planning, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience translating demand or financial plans into executable production, capacity, material, and resource requirements.
  • Experience in a complex manufacturing environment with multiple products, routings, constraints, and supply dependencies.

Nice to have

  • Aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.
