About the role
- Monitor the events scheduled on the daily staff rhythm and EOC operations calendar.
- Setup and prep conference rooms (actual/virtual) ahead of meetings.

Responsibilities

- Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for audio visual, technical, and administrative support for response-related AV functions.
- Provide meeting support to the Incident Manager (IM), Deputy Incident Manager(s) (DIM), Chief of Staff (CofS), and other Operations Chief response activities, as needed.
- Timely review of e-mails requesting support related to day-to-day, and EOC operations.
- Moderate audio bridge lines in support of Conference Calls.
- Coordinate scheduling and support Envision video conferencing, audio, and web conferencing applications (Web Ex, ZOOM and MS Teams).
- Conduct monthly AV systems checks and document issues with recommended solutions.
- Performs basic copier/printer maintenance.
- shift assignments to support 24/7/365 operations.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Audio Visual expertise is required, but no standard certification is needed.
Skills
- telephone, email, and business etiquette.
- Strong proofreading skill and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
