- As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be a key leader in the field, responsible for executing complex projects from start to finish.
- You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of on-site construction, including safety, quality, scheduling, workforce management, subcontractor coordination, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop field employees and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on training and DN resources.
- Own the quality assurance process, from inspections to punch list completion, ensuring tanks meet DN's high standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View platforms.
- Be part of building critical infrastructure across the country, leaving a lasting mark on the communities we serve.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, and/or 6+ years of relevant construction experience with proven leadership in field operations.
- Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
- Proficient with construction technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S.
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
