- Ensure seamless execution of all meeting logistics and participant experiences.
Responsibilities
- Executive Administrative Support - Core Operations
- Executive Administrative Support - Strategic & Specialized
- Manage calls owned by the SVP, including Teams meeting setup, presentation support, and facilitation tools.
- Provide email management support including drafting, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Execute recognition efforts and support social media presence on behalf of the SVP.
- Gather, consolidate, and align content from internal partners, and coordinate timing and presenter logistics.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person meetings, including venue coordination, hotel accommodations, food arrangements (in partnership with SMM), and related reservations. Ensure seamless execution of all meeting logistics and participant experiences.
- Regional Support Leadership & Program Execution
- Act as a senior resource across regional support roles (e.g., coordinators, schedulers), helping drive consistency, capability development, and best practices.
- Conduct audits of executional initiatives and manage deliverables through tracking, follow-up, and consolidation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong client service orientation.
- Proficient with standard business software such as the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and advisors
- Some travel required

Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $66,700 - $91,700 / year.
- We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
