Responsibilities
- Own the SW/FW roadmap for Axiado's Trusted Control/Compute Unit platform, including BMC/RMC platform management software, security stack (RoT, Firewall), and AI/ML inference capabilities, prioritizing across competing engineering, customer, and business needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or systems software, with a demonstrated track record of shipping firmware or software products in a hardware-adjacent environment.
- Deep domain knowledge of BMC/RMC and data center platform management firmware including platform management standards, out-of-band management architectures, boot firmware, and platform telemetry.
- Experience with embedded or edge AI/ML - inference on resource-constrained hardware, ML model deployment in firmware contexts, or AI-driven platform management.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-193, OCP Security, DMTF Redfish, SPDM, PLDM or related open standards in the data center platform management & Security ecosystem.
Nice to have
- A background in embedded software engineering, firmware development, or systems architecture is strongly preferred.
Skills
- able to write clear PRDs, present to executives, and represent Axiado externally with credibility.
- Preferred / Desirable
- Background in hardware security - root of trust architectures, secure boot, attestation, TPM/fTPM, or cryptography.
- Exposure to AI server or accelerator platforms (GPU servers, AI ASICs, custom silicon) and the management plane requirements they introduce.
- Additional Information
- Compensation Range - $80,000 - $200000
- For us, solving real-world problems takes precedence over purely theoretical problems.
