About the role
- Over time, paid media associates may take on additional responsibilities within the team.
- This is a union position represented by the Campaign Workers Guild.
- Write, fact check, and proofread a high volume of engaging fundraising and persuasion ad copy across paid media channels with an emphasis on drafting P2P texts, Meta ads, Google Search ads.

- Digital Associates are expected to provide support across all paid media client accounts with supervision and applicable training.

- This position pays a fixed starting salary of $54,000 annually, per our company's transparent employee compensation.
