About the role
- Operate, monitor and repair boiler plant under the direction of Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled or requested.
- Cooperates with and assists others in a common effort to promote goodwill and Company growth.
Requirements
- Communicates with Chief Engineer and Facility Manager on a regular basis generates logs and/or reports as required Reports to EFS Account Manager or Stationary 3rd Class Engineer (MA).
- Ability to operate valves and associated HVAC components.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment to enable proper servicing and repairs.
- Assist any licensed tradesperson as required.
Skills
- State issued 2nd Class Fireman License Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with good customer service skills.
