Responsibilities
- Deeply understand each client's objectives, structure, and evolving needs to support long-term relationship success and organic growth
- Lead client engagement (calls, meetings, conferences, etc.), providing concise investment and firm updates often in partnership with the investment team
- Own timely resolution of client inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring clear communication and strong follow-through
- Identify and build relationships with other key stakeholders (e.g. field consultants, investment staff, product/platform teams)
- Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality service for each client
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers on innovative ideas, best practices, and industry insights

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-15 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work full time in the firm's Baltimore office
- Ability to travel for client meetings and events
- Strong judgment, ability to work under pressure, and highly adaptable
- Ability to balance current client needs with long-term objectives
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work in our Baltimore office
Compensation
- Does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
