Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand each client's objectives, structure, and evolving needs to support long-term relationship success and organic growth
  • Lead client engagement (calls, meetings, conferences, etc.), providing concise investment and firm updates often in partnership with the investment team
  • Own timely resolution of client inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring clear communication and strong follow-through
  • Identify and build relationships with other key stakeholders (e.g. field consultants, investment staff, product/platform teams)
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality service for each client
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers on innovative ideas, best practices, and industry insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work full time in the firm's Baltimore office
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events
  • Strong judgment, ability to work under pressure, and highly adaptable
  • Ability to balance current client needs with long-term objectives
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work in our Baltimore office

Compensation

  • Does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
