About the role
- This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll set direction and grow the team, but stay close to the code through architecture, review, and debugging.
- You'll start managing the engineers, growing significantly within a year as we scale 2-3x, and work directly with the CTO, CEO, and Product.
Requirements
- Reached Staff / very senior IC level and spent a couple of years there before moving into management (typically after ~4-5 years engineering).
- A strong hiring track record and a high bar for what "great" looks like.
