About the role

  • The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent.
  • The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
  • Partnering with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
  • Understand the business and build effective relationships with managers across the
  • Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Additional partner and vendor discounts
  • We partner with the Predictive Index behavioral assessment tool, which helps identify natural behavioral drives such as dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality.
  • This tool supports hiring decisions, team development, and employee engagement throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across various departments within an organization.
  • Ability to guide candidates through the entire interview, offer and acceptance lifecycle.
  • Ability to successfully work on and fill multiple open requisitions at a time across various departments.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting sourcing tools.
  • Fort Wayne, IN or Fort Worth, TX preferred, but will consider remote candidates (eastern or central time zone required)

Nice to have

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience successfully recruiting sales professionals.

Compensation

  • This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
