About the role
- The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all manufacturing facility infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations
- Lead safety initiatives related to facility operations and support plant-wide safety programs
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained to support continuous production while meeting regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of industrial systems and facility operations.
Compensation
- $90,000-110,000/year
