About the role
- This entry-level role plays a key part in maintaining inventory levels and helping resolve supply chain issues.
- Essential Functions: Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with purchasing policies.
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, lead times, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate purchase order records and supplier information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds.
- The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain concepts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with packaging and commercial printing process is a plus

- Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
