About the role
- Overview We're hiring Motor Mechanics for our motor repair shop in Pasco, WA.
- After teardown, the crew refurbishes each unit; it comes back to you for final testing before it ships to the customer.

Responsibilities
- You'll tear down large motors of every kind, electric, diesel, and industrial pumps, diagnose what failed, and help customer service build the repair quote.
- You'll also regularly work on gearboxes, bearings, drive trains, hoists, and conveyor systems.
- Gearboxes, bearings, drive trains, hoists, and belt pulleys.
- Mechanical parts: Gearboxes, bearings, drive trains, hoists, and belt pulleys.
- Quote support: Report your findings so customer service can price repairs.
- Deliveries: Occasionally drive rebuilt motors to local customer sites.
Requirements
- Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience with motors, engines, or pumps.
Skills
- Disassemble, clean, and inspect parts with the proper tools.
Compensation
- $24k-$29k
