Responsibilities
- By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about - helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses.
- We own performance metrics related to incremental volume and efficiency from promotions and manage the overall promotional budget for Canada.
- Develop and launch promotional campaigns, including determining the optimal targeting, offer constructs, and in-app surfaces to drive activation, order frequency and retention.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- 3-4 years of experience in pricing and promotions, growth marketing, marketing analytics, management consulting or business analytics
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Mode, Sigma or Tableau)
Compensation
- Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
- The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.
- $87,000 - $108,500 CAD

- Work with complex data sets to uncover valuable insights, and then use those insights to positively influence order rates of consumers
- Run experiments and A/B tests to understand incrementality and optimize the consumer lifecycle
- Perform analysis to balance in-campaign incrementality with efficiency, long-term retention and payback
- Report on weekly campaign performance, perform deep dives as needed, and work on campaign readouts
- Work on cross-functional programs with Strategy & Operations (S&O), CRM, Analytics, Product and Brand Marketing
- Roll up your sleeves to solve weekly trends to improve conversion or volume by recommending tactics rooted in data along with surfacing their trade-offs
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced SQL skills; you can write queries from scratch to pull your own data and glean valuable insights
- Experience digging into large data sets to translate data into valuable business insights to make recommendations
- You can see the big picture of "why" and execute at the lowest level of detail to fully achieve the objectives to hit business key metrics
- You possess a strong bias for action and can balance accuracy with speed
