About the role

  • Everlight Solar is seeking an experienced installer responsible for leading HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance.
  • Requires EPA 608 Certification, Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification, and 5+ years of field experience.
  • This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice HVAC technicians.

Requirements

  • EPA 608 Certification (required).
  • Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification (required).
  • 5+ years of field experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Authorized to work in the US and background check required.
