Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performing software applications that align with Clover's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical specifications.
- Continuously improve existing codebases and lead peer-review processes to maintain technical quality.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with TypeScript and the ability to work comfortably across frontend and backend technology stacks.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end when scope is ambiguous or continuously evolving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platform services (AWS or GCP).
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Compensation
- $128,000.00 - $216,000.00
- These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
- For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
