About the role
- We are looking for an Operations Generalist to run core operational functions as we scale from 20 to 40+ employees.
- You may occasionally assist with larger projects in events and office management.
- This role is critical to Transluce's success, requiring proactive problem solving to preempt problems and improve our systems.
Requirements
- You will report to the Chief of Staff and run processes across people operations, finance, compliance, and internal systems with a high degree of autonomy.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, ideally in startups, tech, or finance/consulting.

Compensation
- $110,000 - 160,000/year + benefits Description: Transluce is a fast-moving research lab building the public tech stack for understanding and debugging AI systems.
