Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across all channels
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution to increase inbound traffic and organic visibility
  • Manage external PR efforts to grow brand awareness in tech and startup media
  • Partner with the sales team to create collateral, one-pagers, and pitch decks that align with buyer personas
  • Collaborate with the demand gen team to align messaging across paid and organic campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Pump is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and launches that fuel awareness, adoption, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools
  • Proven experience with SEO, PR outreach, content marketing, and event strategy
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills - you can distill complex ideas into clear, digestible messaging
  • Familiarity with platforms like Twilio and Courier (or similar communication APIs) and comfort marketing technical products

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $150,000 USD
  • Annual company-paid retreats
