About the role
- Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking to have an ER RN to join our Emergency Department full time!
- This position can progress into a leadership role of Charge RN position. $8/HR Specialty Diff!
- The ER RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency setting.
Requirements
- Demonstrates ability to set high standards of performance for self and others
- Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes and care plan to ensure optimal patient care and documents per policy.
- To help ensure a safe and healthful working environment, each applicant to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required as a condition of employment to undergo a substance test.
- Additional pre-employment items may be required.

- Coordinates and supervises patient care as necessary.
- Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and social skills.
- Possess excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.
- Exhibit very good computer skills requiring order entry and patient registration applications.
- Demonstrates flexibility and availability in scheduling to accommodate needs and demands of the department.
- Functions independently with self-confidence in a highly stressful environment while practicing within scope of practice.
Compensation
- $33.74-$49.15 DOE, an additional $8.00/hour based on specialty
- Sign On & Retention Bonuses available for up to $20,000 over 3 year period.
- Based on the needs of the department.
