About the role

Cesco Solutions (Cesco), a Tidal Vision company, is entering a significant growth phase with large active organic revenue opportunities spanning wastewater treatment (WWT) chemistry and fully integrated engineered systems.
These opportunities range from chitosan-based chemical programs to complex, multi-equipment solutions that may include $1-5M+ in capital investment tied to long-term contracts.
As Cesco continues to scale-alongside rapid expansion of its field sales and technical organization-the company requires enhanced financial rigor to evaluate, structure, and track these opportunities.

This role will focus on project-based financial modeling, deal support, and post-implementation tracking, ensuring disciplined decision-making across multiple complex contracts expected over the next 12 months.
Develop detailed financial models incorporating CAPEX investment, cash flows, amortization schedules, and input costs.
Partner with commercial, technical, and operations teams to support pricing strategy and deal structuring.
Evaluate projects during the design and proposal phase to ensure financial viability and alignment with company objectives.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis related to project-based revenue.
Collaborate cross- functionally to translate technical project inputs into financial insights.

5+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, or similar roles.
Experience modeling capital-intensive projects and long-term contracts.
Strong understanding of cash flow modeling, CAPEX vs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Minimal travel required (as needed for key meetings or project support).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer and standard office tools.

3+ years experience in the water treatment industry strongly preferred (industrial wastewater, equipment, or chemical programs).
MBA (Preferred).

Analyze and model financial performance of wastewater treatment projects, including cost-per-gallon and fixed-fee structures.
Track project performance post-implementation, including actual vs. forecasted financial outcomes.
Identify variances in cost, margin, and performance, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist leadership in prioritizing opportunities and allocating capital effectively.
