Responsibilities
- Assists in planning, design and/or construction management activities,
Nice to have
- Experience in retrofitting existing buildings and to fit for new purpose/use which includes structural modifications and MEFP upgrades.
- Ability to compose and buy out scopes of work
- Experience with sports venues either permanent construction or temporary construction
- Change Management experience - both on the cost side also in general. ability to adapt to changes in schedule and sequencing
- Multiple Stakeholder management
