About the role
- Job Description: Guggenheim Securities ("GS") is seeking an Analyst to join its Healthcare Services team in Richmond.
- This position will focus primarily on covering pharma services and have the opportunity to work with both Richmond and New York based Healthcare Services senior bankers.
- The Healthcare Services Group at Guggenheim Securities is a rapidly growing and a critically important strategic initiative for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, public and transaction comparable valuation analysis
- Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and demonstration of financial and industry knowledge
- Perform company and industry research and gain in-depth understanding of sector trends, client challenges and strategies in order to develop innovative and creative solutions for our clients
- Develop an in depth understanding of M&A deal processes
Requirements
- Must have received a Bachelor's degree in December 2025 or Spring 2026.

- Significant level of maturity and the ability to work as a team interfacing with top company executives and senior management
- Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective process management abilities
Compensation
- A salary based on an annual rate of $110,000 per year
- The base salary amount represents the anticipated salary for this position.
- The salary listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
