About the role

  • Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation. - Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
  • Parental leave is available after one year.

Requirements

  • Knowledge & Skills: - Special Skills: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
  • Completes required documentation.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred.
  • Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
  • Previous light assembly experience preferred.

Compensation

  • Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.
  • We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
