TMG is primarily focused on live transactions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working with DCM bankers and industry bankers to assist in the preparation of offering documents, including prospectuses and roadshow presentations.

Comfort operating in time-sensitive deal environments.
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to escalate issues clearly and timely.
Series 7 and 63 will be required at or shortly after hire date.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of due diligence, documentation and/or transaction management support experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, execution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines. Comfort operating in time-sensitive deal environments.
Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

$110,000.00 USD Maximum:
$135,000.00 USD
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
