About the role
- Rogge is looking for a Warehouse Dry Order Selector.
- Ideal candidate is a self-starter, team-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensures weekly dry grocery orders are put up on time and accurately
Requirements
- Particular attention must be given to safety, accuracy, quality and timeliness.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and tight time lines
- Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking)
- Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs

Compensation
- $26.00 per hour
- Potential 90-day performance-based raise
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
- Shift and Schedule:
- 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday.
- Overtime & weekends as needed.
