About the role

  • We are seeking a motivated Learning Program Manager to oversee the curriculum development and content delivery of our programs as we continue to grow!
  • As a Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful learning outcomes for our students.
  • This hybrid role (T/W/Th in our lower Manhattan office) will report into our Head of Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation efforts
  • Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learners engagement and outcomes. Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements
  • Experience in instructional design, preferably in an online/virtual context

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an EdTech environment
  • Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners' needs

Compensation

  • The target base salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $115,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
  • Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
  • Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary.
  • The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.
