- This position is not "just cleaning." Our technicians inspect, diagnose, recommend improvements, and provide on-site repairs that make homes safer and dryers more efficient.
- Technicians routinely complete venting replacements, corrections, and termination upgrades, and more than half of appointments result in meaningful system improvements.

Responsibilities
- Document photos, notes, and materials used through our mobile field app
- We help homeowners create safer, healthier, more comfortable homes through insulation, crawl space repair, duct sealing, radon mitigation, and professional dryer vent services.
Requirements
- Ability to work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, behind dryers)
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend solutions
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
- Strong communication skills - confident speaking with homeowners
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physically able to lift equipment and perform manual labor
- Willingness to learn (we provide full paid training)
