- Translate hands-on work into clear, structured instructions for training and daily operations.
- Capture photos and visual aids to enhance clarity and usability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Document tools, materials, process steps, and quality checkpoints.
- Validate procedures with production teams to ensure accuracy and practicality.
- The opportunity to create documentation used for real employee training and operations.
- Learn by Doing: Gain practical exposure to Lean manufacturing, standard work, and process design.
