About the role

On a typical day as our Architectural Technologist, you will: Demonstrate a deep understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
Complete order assessments to determine the scope of the project.
Prepare full sets of construction drawings that are clear, accurate, comprehensive, and consistent.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a degree from an architectural technology program.
Demonstrated ability to work well with clients, contractors, engineers, and colleagues.

Attend to other related new projects as required.
3+ years of professional experience in design and wood frame construction.
BCIN certification is an asset.
Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes, zoning regulations, and planning processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$60,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience)Annual bonus potential based on mutually defined KPIs.
