About the role
- The Philadelphia Phillies are seeking Certified Athletic Trainer Associates for the 2026 season.
- This position will begin immediately and extend through the affiliate season and offseason camps (November) with the possibility to return for the 2027 season.
- The Associates will be paid at an hourly rate (overtime included) with housing provided (for non-local candidates) and meal money during travel and meals provided on all days on-site with baseball activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with the performance coaches and assist in the weight room as needed.
Requirements
- Spanish proficiency is required for this role
Nice to have
- Previous college/pro baseball or softball experience
- Master's degree in Athletic Training preferred
