About the role

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation to support AI-driven platform environments. This role focuses on designing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable deployment pipelines and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance across containerized
environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with GitLab-based CI/CD workflows, cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform, and infrastructure automation best practices. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on GitLab and Argo-based workflows.
Analyze, enhance, and extend existing deployment pipeline frameworks while developing new automation solutions for additional use cases.
Collaborate with AI/ML development teams to optimize infrastructure scalability and performance for containerized applications.
Support cloud migration initiatives, including migration efforts from AWS to Google Cloud Platform.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Document pipeline configurations, infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and deployment processes.

5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
Experience reading, understanding, and extending existing pipeline architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
Familiarity with deployment orchestration tools such as Argo workflows.
Experience supporting containerized environments from an infrastructure perspective.
Strong understanding of scalability, system performance optimization, and resource management.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Bachelors Degree

Experience with Kubernetes orchestration platforms and container management.
Exposure to Kore.ai platforms or AI-driven application environments.
Knowledge of SIP or Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies.
Experience supporting or leading cloud migration initiatives from AWS to Google Cloud Platform.
