About the role
- This role is a project management position, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that all project objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- This role involves managing project activities, coordinating resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities
- You will also develop content for monthly leadership reviews, oversee the new business process to ensure timely approvals, and support the creation of strategic management documents.
- Additionally, you will manage the team's cadences - coordinating weekly staff meetings, pipeline reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly reviews.
- We deliver mission-proven technologies to our customers that safeguard our nation, protect space-based assets and enable space exploration.
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
- Typically 5+ years of related experience.
- Prior experience with increasing responsibilities in project management.
- Ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- The position requires advanced project coordination and administrative skills, and the ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.

Nice to have
- Extensive experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools and techniques, including Gantt charts, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Compensation
- $111,285.00 - $153,015.75
- Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
