Responsibilities
- Provide excellent statistical consultation in experimental and study design and analysis to scientists and engineers with appropriate methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a statistical scientist, statistician, statistical analyst role or related position
- Experience in using mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform data into advanced analytic solutions
- Proficiency in SQL scripting languages, and experience with relational databases such as BigQuery and Oracle.
- Experience with R and Python analytics programming languages and with source code repositories such as Git.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a cloud enterprise data and computing platform (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience working in an R&D or scientific organization
- Experience with partnering to bring statistics to food industry applications

Compensation
- $110,800 - $184,800 Annual At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role.
- The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc.
- As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
